Anyone who has spent any time with me knows that I view food as one of life’s biggest pleasures. This shoot I collaborated on recently with Miki Barlok and Ajda Mehmet was a particular favourite, not least because of that to die for rose water milk pie that food stylist Ajda created (it sounds quite strange but trust me it is well worth trying). Eating the “props” at the end of the day has to be one of my favourite things about prop styling for food editorials. Ajda worked her magic and created a sumptuous menu inspired by rose water which included mouth watering ingredients like pink grapefruit, hazelnuts, honey and goats cheese.
