Having styled an editorial in Killruddery House last year, I knew it would make a magical wedding venue, and much to my delight I was given the chance to perform there just a few months later at a stunning real wedding with Sound of Serendipity. Sorcha and Gareth pulled out all the stops for their stylish celebration and I loved getting to create the perfect soundtrack to bring the day to life. A particular highlight for us was performing a mashup of the traditional Wedding March with Viva la Vida, not something we get to do very often! Feast your eyes on the day as it unfolded, perfectly captured by Christina of Brosnan Photographic (and don’t stop there, there’s plenty more beauties to be discovered in her blog…you might even spot Rian and I!). Having only been part of the ceremony, I couldn’t get over how amazing the reception at The Fern House Café at Avoca turned out. Can I get married all over again and do it there please?! Thanks again Gareth and Sorcha for inviting us to be part of the celebration, it was a pleasure from start to finish. If you’d like to hear a taste of some more music we perform at weddings, here’s some of our most popular repertoire.
