So today is my last day at Serenbe, where I’ve had the pleasure of attending Joy Thigpen‘s indescribable styling workshop! I’ve had the most amazing time and met so many wonderful people! The setting itself has made the whole experience more magical. It’s really hard to convey exactly how Serenbe is different, so I thought I’d let some photos do the talking!
This amazing shoot by the one and only Jose Villa was captured at Serenbe during the Once Wed Workshop for photographers, last May. Apparently Emily discovered the gorgeous couple while out grocery shopping one night!
Serenbe is a 900 acre oasis of farm and woodland in Atlanta. It evolved from a desire to halt urban sprawl, instead creating a community based on sustainable living. If the stunning setting wasn’t enough to tempt you, it’s three award winning restaurants, spa’s and shops have all you need to create a really special wedding for you and your guests. The Inn at the Serenbe is divine!
So if any of you are lucky enough to live in the Atlanta area, or are looking for an out of this world destination venue, this could be the end of your search! Huge thanks, yet again to the incredible Jose Villa for allowing me to share his work! I’ll be coming to you from good ‘ol Cork again on Wednesday and looking forward to sharing lots of pretty special Irish weddings, as well as the amazing things I’ve learned, over the next few weeks!
